BELLEVUE, Wash. -- Valentine's Day is this Sunday, and we may have the perfect solution for you if you're not ready. And the best part is that it's all for a special cause benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

As Erin Mayovsky shows us, it's a win-win for everyone.

John Buchan Homes built a beautiful new home in Bellevue that is now up for sale -- and all of the proceeds from the sale will go to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to help fight against cancer in children.

The home provides over 5,000 square feet of luxury living -- there's four bedrooms and four full baths. The master suite is stunning -- a walk-in shower with travertine tile and huge soaking tub. The home is open for viewing every weekend through the month of February.

But today there's a special treat -- a celebrity chef, Jason Stoneburner -- is giving us some Valentine's Day ideas.  On Thursday night, you can catch Stoneburner in person at the St. Judge Showplace for a special event -- an 'evening of gratitude' celebrating the building of this luxury home. Limited tickets are available for purchase at stjude.org/showplace-seattle.
