I-90 over Snoqualmie Pass has reopened after crews removed trees from road
SNOQUAMIE PASS, Wash. (AP) — The Washington State Department of Transportation has reopened Interstate 90 at Snoqualmie Pass.
Crews removed hazardous trees from the area around the roadway on Wednesday morning.
The closure was expected to last until noon, but officials reopened the road early around 10 a.m.
The Interstate was closed last week for nearly 24 hours the day before Christmas because of avalanche danger and trees on the road.
