Thanksgiving dinner comes early for Woodland Park Zoo animals

SEATTLE, Wash.—Animals got to enjoy an early Thanksgiving meal on Saturday at the Woodland Park Zoo.

They chowed down on raw turkeys. The annual turkey toss is popular with the zoo’s snow leopards.

The event is meant to encourage natural animal behavior while engaging zoo visitors.
