Tukwila police locate missing, autistic man

UPDATE - Tukwila police located Calvin Tristano late Saturday night - this story will be updated when more info is available

TUKWILA - Tukwila police are looking for a missing, autistic man. Calvin Tristano is a 20 year-old Asian man who was last seen around 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

Tristano is believed to have walked away from a home in Tukwila in the 13900 block of 51st Avenue South in Tukwila, police told Q13 Fox News.

Tristano lives with his family, who were moving into their new home on Saturday, so Tristano is unfamiliar with the area, police said.

Tristano is autistic and non-verbal.

He’s described as being 5 ft, 9 inches tall, 215 pounds, with Brown hair and brown eyes.

Tristano was thought to be wearing a grey sweater and pants and may be wearing a Mariners baseball cap.

Earlier on Saturday the King Co helicopter was flying and helping the search efforts. But the weather has turned and the search for Tristano is continuing on the ground, police said.

If you see Tristano or know anything about his whereabouts, you're asked to call Tukwila Police.
