'Beast Mode' Frappuccino at Starbucks benefits Marshawn Lynch's family foundation

SEATTLE -- Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch is teaming up with Starbucks to offer a 'Beast Mode' Frappuccino.

The new blended beverage is a double mocha Frappuccino with a hint of mint and cream, and just enough protein powder to "unleash your inner beast mode." It is topped with whipped cream, a purple berry drizzle and a sprinkle of matcha.

I’m all ‘bout that,” said Lynch, as he signed off on the official recipe.

The drink will be available in participating Starbucks stores in Washington and Oakland starting October 22 through football season.

Starbucks will donate 24 cents, Lynch's jersey number, to the Fam 1st Foundation, up to $100,000.

Lynch and Buffallo Bills quarterback Joshua Johnson cofounded the foundation in 2011 to mentor underprivelaged youth on the importance of education, literacy and self-esteem. The foundation holds free summer football camps, hosts talent shows, collects school supplies, and donates food and toys during the holidays.
