Carroll says Lynch 'should be ready to go' for this weekend

SEATTLE -- Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said Marshawn Lynch should be ready to go for Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers.

Carroll made the announcement at a press conference Wednesday. Lynch has missed the past two-and-a-half games with a hamstring injury.

Thomas Rawls, who replaced Lynch in the time he's missed, will be Lynch's back-up, Carroll said.

Rawls rushed for 169 yards in last Sunday's loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.

Sunday's game is at 1:05 p.m. on Q13 FOX.
