Business owner offers reward after store vandalized near Puyallup

PIERCE COUNTY, Wash. -- Julie Gunderson is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of a man who tried to break into the Green Thumb Gardening Supply near Puyallup.

Gunderson said she is sick and tired of someone using their greedy fingers to break into the Green Thumb.

"They’re pretty much the scum of the earth aren’t they," she asked. "Think of how the world would be if we didn’t have people like that. Maybe we can catch this one."

Gunderson is so fed up with people breaking into her store and stealing things that she installed a security camera system. Cameras recorded the last break-in and she now has great pictures of the guy who cut through her fence and tried to break into her store.

She is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction.

"My main focus is catch one more guy that’s doing this and get him put away," Gunderson said.

If you know anything about these crimes at Green Thumb Indoor Garden Supply you should call the Pierce County Sheriff's Office.
