Man shot in head at mobile home park in SeaTac by someone who came to his door



SEATAC, Wash. -- A man was shot in the head by someone who knocked on the door of his mobile home in SeaTac Thursday night, the King County Sheriff's Office said.

The man was rushed to the hospital;  his condition was not immediately released.

The sheriff's office said the shooting occurred at about 10:20 p.m. at the Firs Mobile Home Park at 20440 International Boulevard in SeaTac.

The sheriff's office said someone came to the door of one of the units. When a man who lives at the unit answered his door, he was shot. It's unknown if the victim and suspect knew each other.

It's also not known if there was one or more gunmen and whether they fled on foot or by car.

The sheriff's office is investigating.
