GOP presidential candidate Rand Paul to speak in Seattle, Spokane on Wednesday



SEATTLE (AP) — Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., brings his presidential campaign tour to Washington on Wednesday.

He is scheduled to speak at 8:30 a.m. in Town Hall Seattle and then fly to Spokane for a 2:30 p.m. rally at the Doubletree Hotel.

The Kentucky senator was in Anchorage on Tuesday in the first trip of a presidential candidate to Alaska this campaign.

After Spokane, his tour is scheduled to take him to Idaho, Utah and Wyoming.

Paul is scheduled to hold a rally at the Boise State Student Union at 11:30 a.m. Thursday and another event at the Nampa Civic Center at 2:45 p.m. that day. On Friday, he is expected in Idaho Falls.
