'High-Violent Offender' convicted of brutal bartender beating arrested after breaking probation

FUGITIVE CAPTURED August 14, 2015 -- Charles Johnson was arrested and booked into the King County Jail on August 14th. FUGITIVE WANTED BY DOC IN KING COUNTY August 14, 2015 -- The hunt is on for a fugitive convicted of brutally beating a bartender. Charles Johnson is breaking probation on the crime that happened at a bar in Shoreline. The bartender went to use the bathroom where Johnson was washing was hands -- and never saw the attack coming. "He slammed his head against the wall and threatened to kill him. He specifically told him, 'I'm going to kill you. You will die.' This is an individual who has a multi-state criminal history. He's been gone since the end of May. We need your help to find him as soon as possible,” says Department of Corrections Ofc. Emily Isaacs. Johnson's massive rap sheet also includes convictions in several states for more robberies, assault, burglary, identity theft and drugs.
