Seattle detectives search for man spotted near nightclub fire scene

SEATTLE -- Seattle police are searching for the man suspected of starting a fire outside a Capitol Hill nightclub on Friday morning.

First responders were called to Neighbours Nightclub on Broadway around 11:30 a.m., on reports of a door on fire behind the building.

The club was closed at the time of the fire, and no one was injured.

Investigators estimate the damage at $350.

Detectives have learned that a man was spotted walking in the alleyway shortly before the fire, and they are now working to identify him as a person of interest.
