Wide receiver Baldwin praises Seahawks training camp, calls GM Schneider a 'hustler' (in a good way)

SEATTLE -- Wide receiver Doug Baldwin praised the first few days of Seahawks training camp Tuesday, saying the "defense looks better than ever" and calling the receiving core the best he has seen.

The often outspoken Baldwin took to his Facebook page to give his notes on training camp, which began Friday. In the detailed and articulate post, Baldwin celebrates the defense, General Manager John Schneider and the receiving core.

Baldwin also points to rookie Tyler Lockette as an up-and-coming star in the receiving core.

"I think Tyler Lockette can be something special."

Baldwin and the Seahawks look to rebound from last year's stinging loss to the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLIX.

Baldwin caught 66 passes for 825 yards in 2014, and was the Hawks' leading receiver.
