TUKWILA — A man was seriously burned in a trailer fire in Tukwila late Monday night.

Fire crews from Tukwila and Kent FD responded to the fire in a 5th wheel trailer, just before midnight, Tukwila Fire Department reported.

Fire crews arrived at the scene in the 19600 block of Orilla Road South and immediately shut down the road in both directions between South 200th Street and South 188th Street.

Firefighters found the man with serious burns to his upper body, Tukwila FD reported. Medics transported him to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
His injuries were not thought to be life-threatening, but his exact condition is not immediately known, Tukwila FD said.

Fire crews contained the fire and prevented it from spreading to nearby surrounding brush.
