Troopers search for driver who hit pedestrian near Dearborn Street

SEATTLE — The Washington State Patrol is seeking information about a hit-and-run crash involving a passenger car and a pedestrian just south of downtown Seattle on Sunday morning.

The collision happened on the ramp from northbound Interstate 5 to Dearborn Street. The vehicle that fled the scene is described as a maroon passenger car with tinted windows and a flat right front tire.

Rick Johnson of the State Patrol says the pedestrian is in stable condition.
