FUGITIVE CAPTURED November 15, 2015 —
The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office says Alicia Seese was arrested and booked into the Spokane County Jail on Sunday.

FUGITIVE WANTED IN SPOKANE COUNTY July 31, 2015–
Wanted felon, Alicia Seese, is breaking probation in Spokane County on convictions for identity theft, theft and forgery.

The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office says she steals people’s identity and uses them to open bank accounts and lines of credit.

The photo on the left shows her trying to cash a check at a bank by using one of her victim’s ID’s.

The middle photo shows her using a drive-thru ATM machine to get money from a bogus account.

Seese is also being investigated by U.S. Postal Inspectors and the U.S. Secret Service for the same type of crimes.
