Marysville shooting suspect faces life in prison if caught, convicted



SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. -- Marysville Police are looking for Duncan Lee Bercier and asking for public’s help in finding him.

Bercier is accused of Robbery 1st Degree, Assault 1st Degree and Burglary 1st Degree stemming from a shooting on July 24th.  The victim was hit twice in the leg, detectives said.

Bercier should be considered armed and dangerous.

If he’s convicted, Bercier is facing life in prison because it will be his 3rd violent felony. He has been arrested 14 times and his criminal history includes assault with a deadly weapon.

Detectives say he knows police are looking for him and claims he won’t be arrested, so he may try to run or fight with officers.

Bercier also has a Department of Corrections warrant for Escape from Community Custody. He is 6’2” 196 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
