Police search for man suspected of robbing people of cell phones at gunpoint in Capitol Hill, Fremont

SEATTLE -- Police on Friday released this photo of a man they believe robbed two people at gunpoint of their cell phones in the Capitol Hill and Fremont neighborhoods on July 3.

Police said Garrett Shipley approached his victims, claimed he was having an emergency and needed to borrow their phones. When the two handed over their phones, Shipley fled in a gray 2002 Dodge Stratus.
