BATSON 2CAPTURE UPDATE July 12, 2015 —
Washington’s Most Wanted viewer tips led Seattle police to Benjamin Batson.

He was booked into King County Jail early Sunday morning.

WANTED BY DOC IN KING COUNTY July 10, 2015 —
Benjamin Batson is a level three sex offender — the worst of the worst.

He’s failing to register as a sex offender in King County after committing crimes all across the country. “His criminal history spans over multiple states. He has several sex offense convictions in Florida, one in Arizona,” says Department of Corrections Ofc. Emily Isaacs. “This is an individual who’s been gone since May. We need your help to find him and put him in custody as soon as possible.”

Batson also has busts for burglary, assaults and drugs.

He’s known to use the fake names “James Ray Allen” and “Benjamin Morris Hayes.”
