Police: Victim shot in attempted South Seattle carjacking

SEATTLE — A man suffered a “grazing gunshot” wound during an attempted carjacking Monday afternoon in South Seattle, police said.

Seattle police tweeted about the incident, which occurred near the intersection of 23rd Street and Jackson Avenue, around 1:10 p.m.
