KING COUNTY — Firefighters in King County responded to the Creston Point apartment complex Saturday afternoon on reports of a near drowning.

Bystanders rescued the 4-year-old boy from the pool and began CPR.  When firefighters arrived a short time later he was unconscious, but breathing on his own.

“The boy, who was seen wearing a life jacket prior to the incident, was seen in surveillance without his life jacket sliding into the deep  end of the pool,” said Dave Nelson, spokesperson.

The boy was under water for an estimated five minutes according to the fire department.

He was transported to Children’s Hospital in critical condition.

The King County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the incident.

I’m just going to brush off your stupidity and tell myself your mentally ill. This article has been updated so I see others rescued him. Other news sites report he was with his grandma. And I just want you to know, you deserve a swift punch to the face. And I hope you get it, despite your retardism.
