MUST WATCH: 'Jeopardy!' contestant unleashes fiercest celebration ever

LOS ANGELES -- Sometimes, there's just no containing joy.

Video of Jeopoardy! contestant Louis Virtel celebrating a correct answer to a Daily Double question is going viral, with many on the Internet calling it the most "fabulous" snap ever to grace the screen.

Virtel is in second place when he lands on the Daily Double, getting the question "Arthur Miller Thought 1690s Salem was relevant to 1950s America when he wrote this play."

It becomes clear moments after the question is asked that Virtel knows the answer, "The Crucible." He then celebrates with a hefty and fierce snap, complete with a head bob.

Virtel, who has appeared on Chelsea Lately and is a LGBT advocate, told the online magazine Queerty that the snap was just a natural reaction.

"Snapping is a major part of my life," Virtel said. "It establishes verve and efficiency and flavor, and in the case of that Daily Double, it was a damn relief to get that question right. My gayness gets volcanic when I'm winning at stuff."

Virtel told Queerty that he has regrets for not explicitly introducing his sexual orientation during the show.

"Jeopardy! is about the power of knowing," he told Queerty. "I think knowing yourself is a similar triumph."
