Plane crash on busy Atlanta freeway reportedly kills 4, snarls traffic (PHOTOS)

ATLANTA (CNN) — A small plane crashed on Interstate 285 north of Atlanta on Friday morning, snarling traffic on the bypass that encircles the city, footage from CNN affiliate WSB shows.

Four people — all in the plane — were reportedly killed in the crash.

The Federal Aviation Administration said a single-engine Piper PA-32 crashed after leaving nearby DeKalb-Peachtree Airport.
