FUGITIVE WANTED BY DOC IN YAKIMA COUNTY April 17, 2015 -- Missing ‘High-Violent Offender’ Justin Gebhardt is breaking probation on a slew of convictions for violating a domestic violence protection order where he called his victim more than 30 times from jail. He also has a felony warrant in Yakima County where he's accused of selling meth.
He has the words ‘Lord forgive me’ tattooed like a necklace, his last name inked on his back and a green dragon on his right shoulder.
