1 killed, 2 injured in head-on crash in Kent; cops suspect distracted driving

KENT -- A woman was killed and two others were seriously injured Monday night in a two-car, head-on collision that the King County sheriff's deputies suspect was caused by distracted driving.

The accident occurred in the 20200 block of 148th Avenue SE in Kent just before 8 p.m., the King County Sheriff's Office said.

Detectives were interviewing the driver believed to be at fault in the collision, the sheriff's office said.
