U.S. Marshals, DOC on hunt for missing High-Violent Offender, woman accused of helping him escape in Mason County

Department of Corrections officers in the Southwest Community Response Unit and the U.S. Marshals Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force in Mason County are asking for help finding a man accused of attacking his girlfriend.

Officers say David Reading crashed his motorcycle after driving through a yard in Shelton and then took off into the woods when they tried to arrest him. They think Tonya League picked him up and helped him escape. She has a Department of Corrections warrant after being convicted of illegal drugs.
