Violent Tri-Cities gang member missing after jail release -- arrested on new assault charge

FUGITIVE CAPTURED April 20, 2015 -- The Department of Corrections says Cesar Adame was arrested in Franklin County on Monday for a new charge of Assault with a Deadly Weapon. He was also booked into the Franklin County Jail on his DOC Escape warrant. FUGITIVE WANTED BY DOC IN TRI-CITIES March 27, 2015 -- Cesar Adame is wanted by the Department of Corrections for Escape in the Tri-Cities after being released from lockup earlier this month. His street name’s ‘Mr. Smokey.” He's extremely violent -- busted for a slew of assaults and resisting arrest. His massive rap sheet also has convictions for theft, obstructing law enforcement, drugs and weapons crimes. He's inked with a ton of tattoos that should make him easy to spot on the street, including the words ‘Kiss of Death’ surrounding a pair of lips on the left side of his neck, the word ‘Merry’ and an Asian symbol on his right side, a cross next to his left eye and the name ‘Yuri’ on his throat.

Department of Corrections officers say Adame has ties all over the Tri-Cities and the Yakima County area and that there's no doubt his gang buddies are helping him hide.
