NEAR ISSAQUAH – Two people were injured when their truck rolled over on SR 18, as the driver reportedly attempted to flee from Kent Police.

Kent Police Commander Jarod Kasner told Q13 FOX News that a Kent Police officer spotted a suspicious vehicle in Kent around 12:15am Wednesday. The officer tried to stop the truck but it took off eastbound onto the Kent Kangley.

Police followed the truck onto eastbound SR 18 where a patrol car used a maneuver to stop the truck, which ended up rolling over, Kasner said.

The female in the truck was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center, and the male was taken by ambulance to the hospital.

No police officers were injured.

Well if you look real close at the picture you can see the tow truck is hooking up to the truck. What does it matter who was driving? Who ever it was is an idiot for taking off from the police.

I was at the scene, the male was driving, the female was ejected and is pregnant. She was airlifted from the issaquah-hobart exit where they had a LZ for airlift northwest.
