LOS ANGELES — A kitten with special needs is getting a second-chance at life thanks to some help from a rescue organization and a specially designed wheelchair.

KTLA reports the cat was at risk of being euthanized until the employees at Valley Cats Inc. in Los Angeles stepped in.

“Tumbelina” suffers from cerebellar hypoplasia which is an usual condition that makes it impossible for her to walk on her own, according to the organization. Her legs cross, so she could only take one step before tripping over herself.

According to a video posted by the rescue group, the four-wheel buggy will allow the cat to propel herself forward without falling down.

Now, Tumbelina is looking for a forever home.
