WATCH: Florida police use stun gun on elderly man who has his hands up

This video was reportedly shot by a tourist in Key West, Fla. In the video, the officers tell the man to get out of the car. He exits the passenger side, puts his hands up but appears to start to move away when one Florida officer grabs his arm and then uses a stun gun on him.

The man yells out in pain and collapses on the ground, where the officers cuff him.

Sky News reports that a Florida Highway Patrol spokeswoman said: "The incident is under investigation." Captain Nancy Rasmussen said that, as part of their investigation, authorities will determine whether the two officers involved might face any disciplinary action.
