SEATTLE — Seahawks wide receiver Doug Baldwin has been fined more than $11,000 for pretending to drop his pants and mimic some, um, bathroom behaviors during Super Bowl XLIX.

Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports tweeted about the fine Wednesday morning:

Baldwin was penalized 15 yards for the move, which was not shown on TV, following his touchdown in the third quarter of Sunday’s 28-24 loss to the Patriots. However, Baldwin told the Everett Herald Tuesday that he had no regrets.

“I was just out there having fun playing the game of football,” Baldwin told John Boyle of the Herald. “There’s no explanation. You play this game for so long, you go out there and you have fun> I can get criticized for it, that’s fine, everybody has their opinion, but in the moment I was just having fun. My teammates know that.” reports other Seahawks may be fined for their actions Sunday, including Bruce Irvin, who was ejected following a fight in the 4th Quarter.

If by “started” you mean pushed twice after the play. Hit with a roundhouse to the side of his helmet and have his facemask grabbed then yeah he “started” it.
I’ve lived in Seattle for 27 years but really worry about some “fans” grasp on reality. Seattle used to have the best, most informed fans…they still do at the core but sadly the vocal majority now are the latecomers hopping on and behaving horribly.

Really? “I got pushed or something, and it was the last game of the year, and I was like, ‘Screw it, I’m throwing some haymakers,” Gronkowski said

Oh Marvin. As a Pats fan, I want to personally apologize to you. Oh wait, no I don’t. I want to laugh at your pain. When you wake up tonight, thinking: How did we lose that game. Please know that your pain makes this victory so much sweeter.

What? Are all you guys eating the same shitburger? I keep seeing this same meme, over and over…. wtf is up with guys. Jesus, you won!!! Now can we move on? O_o

      • Karma's a Bitch

No need to move on. Squawks and their ignorant and arrogant fans are only getting a small taste of their own constant BS. Now true to form…They weakly beg…Let’s move on. Let’s forget about it…Let’s go hibernate. No…not so fast! Squawks have earned all the insults that are now coming their way.

      • Karma's a Bitch

Over the past few years the Squawks and their whining 12th man have made exclusively for themselves an ENORMOUS Shit-Burger. The time has now come for them all to take a BIG BITE. If they refuse they will be force fed. That’s all that’s going on. Nothing more nothing less. Bye the way I have been told that Shit-Burgers don’t taste good and they are very hard for some to swallow.
