SEATTLE (AP) — The Seattle Space Needle has flown the Seahawks 12th man flag during their Super Bowl run, and on Wednesday one last flag was raised on top of the landmark.

Washington Gov. Jay Inslee and Seattle Mayor Ed Murray raised the big blue flag that says “Thank You Seahawks” in white letters.

With a message directed at the Seahawks, Murray said, "This is a city that loves you. This is a city that admires you. And this is a city that looks forward to future wins with you."

Inslee and Murray pointed south and predicted Seattle would be at Super Bowl 50 next season at San Francisco.
