Troopers search for SUV after hit-and-run crash involving 5 cars

SEATAC -- Troopers are on the lookout for an SUV that left the scene of a hit-and-run crash Saturday morning on I-5 near 188th street.

According to Washington State Patrol, a white SUV left the scene of the crash that eventually involved five vehicles. One person was treated at the scene for a minor injury.

The SUV, which had front-end damage, was last seen exiting I-5 at Southcenter, according to Trooper Chris Webb. No further description was available.

One lane of northbound I-5 was closed as authorities investigated. One car was towed from the scene and the others were able to drive away.
