SEATTLE — Police booked five teens for allegedly breaking into two Seattle marijuana dispensaries in one night.

According to Seattle police, officers responded to an alarm at a dispensary in the 12000 block of Aurora Avenue North around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Police said someone used a brick to smash the front window. Several teens entered the store but could not get past the secure lobby door and left without anything.

About an hour later, police learned of a break-in at a second dispensary — this time in the 8700 block of Greenwood Avenue. Investigators were still collecting evidence at the first scene.

Witnesses told police that suspects fled the second dispensary in a blue Toyota SUV.

Officers found the car with six teenage boys inside and were able to connect them to the break-ins using surveillance video.

Five of them were booked into the King County Youth Service Center and one was released to a parent.

Detectives said several of the teens have ties to a recent rash of break-ins at car dealerships in the Seattle area. Police also said the the teens were in a stolen SUV.

Once again that eeeee-vee-ill merrywanna has hypnotized good people and turned them into criminals. There’s no doubt that but for the existence of cannabis that the culprits in this case would have instead been singing in the church choir on Sundays, working as a full time volunteers at the soup kitchen feeding the hungry, and helping diminutive, elderly women negotiate busy traffic intersections in their spare time. There’s no doubt whatever that were it not for merrywanna, that there would be no crime in our society!
