Car slams into building along E. Marginal Way, two sent to hospital

SEATTLE -- Two people were sent to the hospital after a car rammed into a building on east Marginal Way Monday.

Seattle Fire said the 50-year-old male driving the car was sent to Harborview in stable condition.

There was no word on the age or condition of the second person sent to the hospital.

A tech rescue team with Seattle Fire had to rescue one of the people trapped inside the car after it drove into the building in the 5500 block of Marginal Way South just before noon.
