WSP: Young men pimped out two teen girls from RV

THURSTON COUNTY -- Two young men were arrested recently for allegedly trying to pimp out 15 and 16-year-old girls, the Washington State Patrol said.

A Washington State Patrol investigation began after being informed that two runaways from a state care facility were potentially being trafficked commercially for sex.

The WSP investigated the case, and allegedly encountered a 15-year-old girl who was being "pimped out" by a 19-year-old and a 25-year-old, the WSP said. The two men allegedly sexually assaulted the girl prior to pimping her out from a trailer they owned in Tumwater, the victim told police.

The girl led police to an RV trailer where the men lived. There, they found the 16-year-old runaway living with the two suspects.

Both suspects were taken into custody at the trailer. They are expected to be charged with commercial sexual abuse of a minor, rape of a child in the third-degree and other crimes.

WSP troopers continue to investigate the case.
