Jason Nolte: Frightening domestic violence offender who hurled hatchet at woman -- is missing

WANTED BY DOC IN KING COUNTY -- This frightening habitual domestic violence offender is missing in King County. Officers say Jason Nolte had already beaten his girlfriend at least 20 times before the attack he's breaking probation on – lunging at her and threatening to kick her in the face – and what happened next was like a scene from a horror movie that came to life. "After the victim is assaulted by Nolte, she’s able to escape the house, she grabs her keys, mind you it's 40 degrees outside, it's raining, and she is barefoot. She runs to the neighbor’s house yelling, 'Please call 911.' Nolte comes out of the house and threw a hatchet at her.” It luckily didn’t hit her," says Department of Corrections Ofc. Emily Isaacs. Nolte’s been in and out of jail because of all his domestic violence crimes. His huge criminal history also includes convictions for burglary, stealing cars, obstructing police, and drugs.
