YUCK! Woman licks Portland news reporter on live TV ... at legal marijuana celebration

PORTLAND -- A TV news reporter in Portland wasn't quite sure what hit him during a live shot on Election Day.

Tim Becker was reporting from the "Yes on 91" headquarters when he felt something on his neck.

As you can see in the video, that something was a woman -- apparently elated by Oregon voters legalizing marijuana -- licking the reporter's neck.

Becker was not shaken up. He said, "excuse me" and carried on with the report.

He later tweeted, "Kinda got licked during a live shot."
