Get Hitched, Give Hope: Plan your wedding while giving back

SEATTLE -- Weddings are certainly about the bride and groom, but a local event uses that as a jumping off point to give back to so many more. The annual 'Get Hitched, Give Hope' bridal gala is a fun way for couples to bid on wedding items while supporting some great causes.

The Black and White ball is Thursday October 23rd at The Four Seasons Seattle, and tickets are available now AND at the door. The co-founders, Barbie Hull and Laurel McConnell, tell us you could quite literally plan your entire wedding at this event; everything from wedding dresses to cakes; food, wine and more!

Proceeds benefit the Dream Foundation, which helps to fulfill the dreams of those facing a terminal diagnosis; and Young Survivor Coalition of Seattle, for women living with breast cancer.
