MARYSVILLE — The Washington State Patrol is looking for witnesses to a devastating single-car crash that seriously injured four people earlier this month.

Around 12:30 a.m. on Oct. 4, a BMW 740 was headed southbound on Interstate 5 near Marysville at Milepost 198 when the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a median.

All four occupants in the vehicle were seriously injured — three were not wearing seatbelts — and both lanes of I-5 were closed during a lengthy investigation.

Now, troopers are hoping witnesses can help shed some light on what happened in the crash.

Anyone who saw or heard anything during the crash is encouraged to call Washington State Patrol at 360-655-1144.
