He was booked into the Spokane County Jail on Tuesday afternoon.

There is a fugitive alert in Spokane County for a sex offender who’s missing half of his tongue. Robert Betts is a convicted child molester who has been busted for preying on kids several times.

Betts’ victims were an 11-year-old boy, a 13-year-old boy and his 15-year-old friend, and a 6-year-old girl. When he got caught in one case, Betts threatened the victim’s mom that he would kill her if she “said anything to the cops.”
