Bremerton man sentenced to 40 1/2 years for sex trafficking of 2 minors, woman

PORT ORCHARD -- A 24-year-old Bremerton man was sentenced in Kitsap County Superior Court Friday to 40 1/2 years in prison for charges related to the sex trafficking of a woman and two underage girls.

Allixzander Harris was convicted Aug. 28 of eight counts after a three-week trial -- six counts of promoting commercial sexual abuse of a minor, promoting prostitution and witness tampering.

The jury also found eight aggravating factors; including the victimization of homeless youth and committing these offenses shortly after being released from incarceration, allowing the judge to go beyond the standard range sentence set by the Legislature.

According to records filed in the case, Harris began a relationship with a 17-year-old girl and, within weeks, began selling her and her 16-year-old “sister” as prostitutes on Internet sites such as Backpage.com and TNAboard.com to customers in Kitsap, Pierce, King and Thurston counties.

The county prosecutor's office said that once the minors were no longer available to him, Harris and two
co-defendants sold a 27-year-old woman on the Internet as a prostitute for multiple days.
