FUGITIVE WANTED BY U.S. MARSHALS IN SEATTLE September 22, 2014 -- There’s a Washington's Most Wanted fugitive alert for an armed robber accused of stealing a man’s concert tickets and cell phone at gunpoint. Convicted felon, Ray Capone Marshall, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Pacific Northwest Fugitive Apprehension Task Force. He was identified by viewer tips after the case was featured on Q13 FOX News and WMW in June. The victim, Roddy Chung, was selling extra tickets to the ‘Paradiso’ festival at The Gorge Amphitheater on Craigslist. He told the supposed buyer to meet him outside Hotel Deca in Seattle. When Chung met up with the supposed buyers -- a group of four men in a Jeep that included Marshall -- detectives say he was robbed right there on the street. “This guy immediately steps out of the car, pointing the gun at me and saying, ‘Hey, give me the tickets, don`t (expletive) around, just give me the tickets and give me everything you have,” Chung said. Surveillance video shows the robber, identified as Marshall, pushing Chung around – while armed with that gun. Detectives say a day after the robbery, Marshall was trying to sell the tickets on his Facebook page, where he'd also posted the photo below, showing him illegally holding a firearm.
Along with the $75,000 warrant he has for the armed robbery in Seattle, he's also accused of punching a co-worker in the head at the Taco Bell he worked at in Lynnwood. Marshall’s been convicted of a weapons crime, resisting arrest, criminal trespass, and theft. He's 24 years old and believed to have fled the state. if you know where the U.S. Marshals Pacific Northwest Fugitive Apprehension Task Force can find him, call an anonymous tip into: CRIME STOPPERS: 1-800-222-TIPS You must call the Crime Stoppers hotline with your tip to be eligible to receive a cash reward for information leading to a fugitive’s arrest.
