Police arrest 2 teenage 'bullies,' look for third after attack on 13-year-old boy

SEATTLE -- Police arrested two teenage "bullies" and were seeking a third for allegedly beating and kicking a former classmate who had transferred schools to get away from them, the Seattle Police Department said Thursday.

Moreover, when the 13-year-old victim got off  a Metro bus near Martin Luther King Jr. Way South and South Webster Street just before 5 p.m. Wednesday and saw the three kids, he tried to get back on the bus but the driver reportedly refused to let him back on board, police said.

"The three suspects then approached the victim, surrounded him, and began punching the boy, knocking him to the ground," police said. "The suspects then kicked the victim and stomped on his head before fleeing the scene."

Police officers caught up to two of the suspects and booked them into the King County Youth Service Center for assault. Police had the name of the third suspect and were looking for him, police said.

The victim was treated at the scene for bruises on his head and scratches on his legs.
