VANCOUVER, Wash. -- Police said a serial bank robber arrested this week in Vancouver used a stolen Car2Go for her getaway vehicle, KPTV-TV in Portland reported Thursday.

Police believe the suspect, Marie Berry, 35, is responsible for six other robbery attempts, the station said.

Berry, 35, appeared in court Thursday to face charges of robbery, possession of a stolen car and theft. She is being held on $150,000 bail.

Police took her into custody on Wednesday, and during a subsequent interview, she admitted to robbing a Columbia Bank branch, a People's Credit Union and a Shell Gas station, according to court documents, KPTV said.

In the June 26 robbery at Columbia Bank, investigators said she approached a teller and demanded cash by handing over a note. "Do not alert anyone! No cops. No bait money. 1 min! Big Bills First," the note read.

She then drove away in a stolen Car2Go vehicle.

Car2go is a popular car-sharing service using Smart cars in the Portland metro area.

Surveillance video showed Berry casing other banks within 30 minutes of her robbing the Columbia Bank, the court documents allege.

Police said they have also linked her to robberies or unsuccessful robberies at Tan Republic, Pizza Hut and Kohl's Department stores.

Berry's next court appearance is set for Sept. 4.
