Missing Kent woman found safe

KENT, Wash. — Police have located a developmentally delayed 38-year-old woman who went missing Aug. 9.

Kent Police say Emilie Lorraine Zangara reportedly left her apartment in the 10800 block of SE 240th Street by foot on Aug. 9. She wasn’t heard of for days, and police asked for the public’s help in finding her.

Zangara was missing at 4 p.m. Monday and is no longer considered endangered.
