YIKES: Idaho swimmer's decision to forgo high dive jump comes second too late (VIDEO)

LAVA HOT SPRING, Idaho -- This may be the most painful thing you see all day.

In the video posted to YouTube, a swimmer is seen getting ready to jump off a high dive at Lava Hot Springs in Idaho when she gets cold feet.

Unfortunately for her those cold feet seem to be pretty slippery and off the edge of the board she goes whether she wants to or not.

In the video the woman briefly holds on to the railing with her hands before falling to the lower board below and smacking right into it.

She can then be seen bouncing off that board and flipping right into the water below.

The Daily Mail online reported the diving board was 22 feet high.  The swimmer reportedly only hurt her finger.
