High-end handbag heists: Pair accused of ripping-off expensive purses; walking out of store with them on arms
WANTED IN ISSAQUAH -- You can blame this accused criminal couple for a recent purse shortage at a couple of Marshall's department stores. Issaquah police say they've ripped off dozens of high-end handbags worth thousands of dollars from the Marshalls in Issaquah and Lynnwood. In surveillance photos you can see they simply grab handfuls of handbags and leave the store. The second time they hit the Issaquah store the alarm went off when they walked out. That alerted workers who saw the two take off in a late 90's or early 2000's white four-door sedan. Detectives say both look East Indian. The guy wore a Washington State Cougar hoodie and the woman's blue shirt says "find you strong" in yellow for one of the heists.
