FUGITIVE WANTED IN PUYALLUP May 31, 2014 -- A violent drug store robber wanted in Puyallup picked the wrong clerk to mess with. Check out the video to see him walking into the Walgreens on S. Meridian in Puyallup right before closing time last week. It seemed innocent enough at first, with him grabbing some M&M candies and handing the clerk a $10 bill. But, his candy-buy was just a ploy to get to what he was really sweet on. "She opens the cash register and he pushes her away,” says Puyallup Det. Don Bourbon. “The clerk comes back and tries to get his hands out of the cash register. She picks up the phone to dial 911, while he's still digging into the cash register, and she's using her body to try and force the cash register back closed. But, he continues to keep it open, does get some cash, and then runs out of the store." Detective Bourbon says the robber has a ‘skater’ look going on, with a Mohawk haircut and that distinctive black and white t-shirt that says ‘Zoo York’, a popular skateboard brand. Detectives think he's Hispanic and about 5’3”. He's just one of the faces you'll find on CANYOUID.ME, a website law enforcement from all around the state uses to help identify wanted criminals.
