FEDERAL WAY, Wash – A registered sex offender arrested after he allegedly took photos of teen girls crotch areas and up women's skirts at Wild Waves theme park will likely be released pending further investigation said Dan Donohoe in the King County prosecutor’s office.

Duane J. DeJesus, 33,  was arrested at the theme park Saturday when a patron alerted security that a man was using his cell phone to surreptitiously take photos of the crotches of girls aged 13-16.

"Security attempted to contact DeJesus and he ducked into a gift shop," the court documents say. "DeJesus willingly let security look at his phone and security saw video of DeJesus filming up women's skirts.

"Post Miranda, DeJesus admitted taking videos and pictures of girls and women for sexual gratification and the he is in counseling for his problem," the documents say.

DeJesus was arrested on suspicion of voyeurism and posted $10,000 bail.

Donohoe said Federal Way Police had yet to send their investigation yet to prosecutors for charges, but that the investigation was on-going.
