Mariners win fourth straight, inch closer to first place

Houston - Logan Morrison drove in two runs and Chris Young pitched seven strong innings for his eighth win of the season as the Mariners swept the Astros in Houston, 5-2 on Wednesday.

Young's eight wins are second on the team behind Felix Hernandez.  It's the first time he's won eight games since winning nine in 2007.  Fernando Rodney pitched a scoreless ninth for his 24th save.

The Mariners are nine games over the .500 mark for the first time since the 2007 season.
